Application and Account Details

If you use this publication and create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Latiniknit reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion. We may combine the information you give us with information from other companies and use it to improve and personalise our services, content and advertising. This may also be done on a reciprocal basis. An electronic copy of each order is held by Latiniknit but will not be accessible to you. All orders will be concluded in the English language. You agree that we may use Personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks.

Delivery

Delivery is free on orders over 350 euros. Delivery cost is based on DHL zone’s cutting across Europe and the World. Standard delivery will be dispatched within 2 working days, subject to payment validity. All transactions are possible only if the product is in stock, and the visitors are informed about product’s availability before placing an order.

Returns

Items that qualify for a return must be returned in original condition, unused and unwashed with all original labels and packaging attached and intact. The item must not have been altered in any way. Please provide proof of purchase.

Latiniknit.com reserves the right to not offer a refund where the fault or damage is a result of misuse or lack of care.

Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility. Registered post with a tracking number is recommended.

Latiniknit.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in the shipping process and a refund will not be issued on returned goods not received by Latiniknit.com.

Once the item is received, a full refund is issued.

By default refunds or returns are not offered for change of mind or misreading item’s description and specifications.

In case the buyer insists on returning an item, please take into consideration the restocking fees stated below:

The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition within the stated 7-day return timeframe - restocking fee of 20% on the item’s original price applies.

The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition  within the stated 7-day return time frame, but the seller receives the item used or damaged  - restocking fee of 50% on the item`s original price applies.

The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item within the stated 7-day return time frame, but the seller receives the item materially different from the original item shipped to the buyer - no refund is due.

The refund will exclude the initial shipping cost.

The refund will be processed 7 days after closing signed agreement between buyer and sender. Buyer is free to choose payment method: transfer, card, PayPal. Transaction fees of the refund will be charged to buyer and that fee will be stated on that signed agreement.

It is customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and complete physical shipping address.

If an item gets returned because of an incomplete or wrong shipping address, the item will be re-sent, but the customer is responsible for paying the re-shipment.

If a purchased item is unclaimed and gets returned to sender, no refund is due.

Complaints

If you do have a complaint please write to customer service at the address order@latiniknit.com. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to. In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve a complaint with you directly, you have the right to refer the dispute to the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution Platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Payment methods and currencies

Prices are shown in three currencies. EUROS, US DOLLARS, and Czech Koruna. Visitors can select the purchasing currency on the main page of the site.

Credit Card Payments

We are unable to accept credit cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE Days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are dispatched once authorisation has been obtained.

Voucher

If the order is returned, the value of the offer is non-refundable. The voucher PIN cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given. Latinknit cannot accept responsibility for the loss of your voucher PIN. It will not be replaced or its value refunded if this happens. Latiknit reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the offer at any time. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Free Delivery and other offer order codes remain the property of Latinknit Directory, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.

Colour Reproduction

Latiniknit designers take great care with the colours used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Czech Law. The parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Czech Courts. All contracts will be concluded in the English language.
